• Automatic registration, enrolment and reminder e-mails, including optional escalation e-mails

EnTraS^®: Tenant-Customizing

• Mapping of the company structure (for example, sub-tenants, organisational units, locations, sectors, departments) including rolls and rights management

• Service and support (depending on the licence model) from Sponge Germany during the term, for
  example, for setting up new courses and learners

 

Hardware requirements

• Internet connection: DSL speed or better
• Internet access via HTTPS
• Permanent internet connection preconditioned
• Screen resolution at least 1024 x 768 pixels
• Sound card with speakers or headphones (optional, depends on course content)

 

Mailserver configuration

• The EnTraS^® SMTP server (mail server) is to be added to the white list:
  • Server name: heto.digital-spirit.de
  • Public server IP: 212.91.239.152
• Sender addresses of the EnTraS^® system e-mails are to be entered on the white list of the customer infrastructure in order to avoid being flagged as spam (e. g. [e-mail])
• It may be necessary to adjust other spam filters, particularly for quantitative admission, since some EnTraS^® functions like import, enrolment or reminder runs dispatch large amount of e-mails (depending on course and user quantity).

 

Browser Settings

• HTTPS requires the availability of the relevant certification authorities
• Pop-up blockers must be disabled or must allow executing the learning programs
• Executing JavaScript must be allowed
• Cookies must be allowed
• PDF-Reader must be allowed
• Allow animations and also sound on web pages in internet options
• For HTML4 content: Executing Adobe Flash Player and Windows Media Player must be allowed
• Security settings of the Internet Explorer: Medium high
• The '[*.]myentras.de' or [*.]myentras.com' domain must be set up as a trusted domain in the browser
• The security settings can be managed via a central group policy, if necessary

 

Supported browsers and versions

• Microsoft Edge: supported are the current version* as well as the two predecessors for a maximum of 24 months after publication
• Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome: supported are the current versions as well as the four direct predecessors for a maximum of 24 months after publication. The direct predecessor is supported for more than 24 months.
