Tips on How to Use Pop-up Blockers
You need to disable your pop-up blocker before you can launch the program window and use various controls in the course in EnTraS.
Please select your browser and follow the instructions on how to disable pop-up blockers.
Restart your browser after making the necessary changes to the settings. These will then take effect once this has been done.
1.1 Internet Explorer – How to disable the pop-up blocker – Step 1
- Select Tools > Internet options in the main menu or click on Internet options at the top right via the menu icon
there if the main menu bar is disabled. - Go to the Security tab and click Custom level.
- Scroll down in the Security Settings dialog until you see Use Pop-up Blocker and change the setting to Disable.
- Click OK and confirm by pressing Yes in the dialog box that appears now .
- The settings change takes effect when you restart the browser.
1.2 Internet Explorer – How to disable the pop-up blocker – Step 2
- Select Tools > Internet options in the main menu or click on Internet options at the top right via the menu icon there if the main menu bar is disabled.
- Go to the Privacy tab.
- Untick the box next to Turn on Pop-up Blocker.
1.3 Internet Explorer – Pop-up blocker is set by group policy – Add EnTraS to a list of sites for which pop-ups are temporarily allowed
- If a pop-up blocker has been set in your browser by group policy and you are not permitted to change this setting, you can add EnTraS to a list of sites for which popups are temporarily allowed.
- Click Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Pop-up Blocker settings or click on at the top right of the browser and select Internet options > Privacy tab > Pop-up Blocker > Settings.
- Enter the EnTraS URL in the address field in the Pop-up Blocker Settings dialog and click Add when you are done.
- Then click Close.
2.1 Edge – How to disable the pop-up blocker
- Click the Settings and more icon
at the upper right hand corner. - choose the menu item Settings and afterwards Cookies and site permissions.
- Scroll to Popups and Redirects on the right-hand side and uncheck the Block button.
2.2 Edge – Pop-up blocker is set by group policy – Add EnTraS to a list of sites for which pop-ups are temporarily allowed

- In the Pop-ups and redirects window mentioned above, click on Add on the Allow Field
- Enter the EnTraS URL in the address field in the Add a site dialog and click Add when you are done.
3. Mozilla Firefox - How to disable the pop-up blocker
- Click Tools > Options in the main menu..
- If the menu bar is disabled, click
at the top right of the menu and select Settings there. - Choose the menu item Privacy & Security.
- Scroll down to Permissions and Block pop-up windows. Uncheck the checkbox.
4. Google Chrome – How to disable the pop-up blocker
- Click the icon Customize and control Google Chrome
at the upper right hand corner of the Chrome browser. - Choose the entry Settings.
- Now click on Site Settings on the right-hand side under Privacy and Security .
- Scroll to Content and click on Pop-ups and redirects here.
- Activate the checkbox for Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects here.
