The URL of the EnTraS login page is not reached

Possible reasons include:

  • URL failed to launch when the link in e-mail was clicked. Request that the user should copy the entire URL and then paste it in the browser line. (Example of a complete URL: https://sponge.myentras.com/)
  • Only part of the URL was copied and pasted into the browser address bar.
  • Error when typing in the URL.
