Possible step(s) to resolve problem:
- The user profile is imported with a certain language setting. If he/she would like to receive the system e-mails in another language, the language settings need to be changed by the customer administrator in the area Modify Users. However, only system languages approved for the customer can be selected. Templates can only be sent in the preset language if indeed any are available for the respective language.
- If a user has been registered with a false language, the e-mails cannot not be sent again after a change of language. So it can make sense to remove the account and create a new one with the required language.
