Possible step(s) to resolve problem:
- Check to see if the e-mail is in the user’s spam folder.
- Check if e-mails from the EnTraS® system are blocked by the company’s IT infrastructure.
- If you are EnTraS administrator you can check by the report Mail Message Logs if a certain email has been sent to a user by EnTraS,
Please note: EnTraS® sends automatic e-mails with a custom sender or optionally also with the customer’s sender e-mail address. This can be identified and blocked as spam by the customer’s e-mail system.
