Possible step(s) to resolve problem:
- The user may not have correctly copied the login details or typed them in manually and mistyped the login data.
- Please ensure to copy the entire username/password during the copy process and that there are no spaces in either of these.
- Check to see that CAPS LOCK is not on; if it is on, all letters will be capitalised.
- Use Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome or Firefox as specified for the application. Other browsers are not supported.
