Possible step(s) to resolve problem:
- The optional self-registration feature must be explicitly enabled before users can make use of this registration option. This is done by the support team at Sponge Germany in consultation with the project managers involved.
- If the user self-registers, he/she enters a registration code that he/she has received from his/her client administrator or your support department. This is a special code for the enterprise client.
- The user should take care that no empty space is added before and after the self registration code.
